Inviting Small Businesses, Artists & Related Non-Profits

We offer a marketplace where local vendors, artisans, and artists can sell their wares. We give priority to local, handmade, health-conscious, herbal products and botanically-inspired creations. Related non-profits are also welcome to apply to participate. We do have limited space, so please apply early.



Marketplace Information

Vendor Details:

  • There is a vendor fee of $25. We will send information about making a payment before the event.

  • Vendors will be located inside the Lupine Classroom space.  We envision a circle marketplace with an open center area where we will be serving mocktails.  In the event that our interest is greater than the inside classroom can hold, we may open up vendor spaces outside in the courtyard.

  • 2’ x 6’ tables are provided, as well as one chair per vendor site.

Non-Profit Details:

  • The fee for a Non-profit table is $10. We will send information about making a payment before the event.

  • Non-profits will be located inside near the registration table.

  • A 2’ x 6’ table and chair will be provided

Marketplace Hours:

The marketplace will be open from 9am to 5pm on Saturday, August 17th, 2024.

Set Up & Break Down:

Vendors can start setting up at 8am. We kindly ask that you do not start breaking down until 5pm. If you need to leave before then, please talk with us about this before the event so we can work with you to meet your needs.

One last thing!

Please consider donating to our raffle to help us raise funds for this event.  10% of our proceeds will be donated to the Rocky Mountain Gardens, and the rest will help us create this event again next year.
